We are studying art and music in time. This timeline will give a visual reference to SCALE as time has passed in history. (Most textbook timelines alter the units: as they get farther back in history, the years get closer together. This timeline keeps the unit constant and you can scroll to look at different parts of it, in order to get a sense of "how long ago" an era really was.
