10 Minute Plays: Casting
Here is what we voted for in class! These are tentative until you agree to your part. Some whom I feel can handle the extra challenge have been cast in more than one role. If you are in a directing role only, expect to memorize a short speech anyway. If you are assigned "SA" you are a special assistant--you will have extra responsibilities to be assigned.
I hope this meets with your approval. I think we have everyone assigned, if not to their first or second choice, at least to something they can live with. Remember it is a dynamic process to get everyone: 1) cast, 2) challenged, 3) satisfied with their part, 4) doing a fair share of work, 5) logistically handled.
